Once you successfully complete your course, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your permanent card(s) to arrive. Depending on your state or province, cards may be mailed either directly from us or from the state agency.
Cards are shipped through USPS in a plain white envelope with no markings indicating the contents are certification materials.
In the meantime, you may continue using your temporary card/certificate until your permanent card arrives, provided it has not expired.
