Interactive Course Login Issue:
If you’ve upgraded to our interactive course and are being asked for payment again, please ensure you are accessing the correct website: www.ilearntohunt.com or www.ilearntoboat.com.
Be sure to use the "Login" button instead of "Get Started." Clicking "Get Started" may create a duplicate course in your account, which could result in the system asking for an additional payment.
Payment Not Processing
If your payment isn’t going through, it’s often due to one of two reasons: the expiration date may be entered incorrectly, or the billing address doesn’t match what’s on file with your card provider. Please double-check the expiration date format and ensure the billing address matches exactly before trying again.
Recurring Charge Explanation:
The recurring charge you’re seeing, labeled as "Safety Course 8008302268" (or something similar), is an auto-renewal for your online safety course. This option is selected during registration and renews every 30 days until the course is completed or the renewal is canceled.
To turn off this feature, go to the Edit Profile page in your account and uncheck the box labeled "Automatically renew my course." This will cancel the auto-renewal, and no additional charges will be made.
